IT IS SO HARD TO EAT HEALTHY BUT IT CAN BE DONE.

This delicious omelet full of veggies is good at any time of the day. It is prepared with green peppers, onions, tomatoes and green beans. Fried on coconut oil.

Here is one of the snack I usually eat. It contains oatmeal (made with rolled whole wheat old fashion oats, unsweetened almond milk, honey and powder cinnamon), raspberries, blackberries and strawberries. It doesn’t takes like I would like to but it is healthy.

Even tho I don’t like to eat meet, this particular thin stake is okay. It holds flavor of any seasoning you add to it and it doesn’t need a lot.

I like yellow rice with cayenne pepper. Sound spicy but believe me is not. I am not too crazy about salad but trying to be healthy… gotta include it.

What is for dinner? Here is some chicken and yellow plantains fried in coconut oil and some veggies boiled in seasoned water.
